DIFFERENTIAL TRANSMISSION CABLE, AND COMPOSITE CABLE CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable differential transmission cable where a signal wire is not damaged by a drain wire, and to provide a composite cable including the same.

SOLUTION: The differential transmission cable 1 includes a pair of signal wires 2 each of which has a center conductor 11 covered with a dielectric layer 12 and a skin layer 13, a drain wire 3 arranged along the signal wires 2, and an external conductor 4 for covering the signal wires 2 and the drain wire 3, and the drain wire 3 is covered with a coating 3b made of a flexible and semi-conductive material containing a conductive filler.
