<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of specifying an instruction position on a pick up image by an object for imaging with high accuracy using image data of the pick up image which is picked up. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor 1 is provided with: vertical and horizontal gradient amount calculation parts 3a, 3b which calculate feature quantity for every pixel on the image data; a first edge extraction part 4 which extracts first edge pixels whose feature quantities are equal to or more than a first threshold; a score calculation part 10 which calculates a matching degree indicating a degree of matching between a collation area and a model pattern based on the specification results of the first edge pixels; a second edge extraction part 15 which extracts second edge pixels whose feature quantities are equal to or more than a second threshold which is larger than the first threshold; and a position specific part 11 which specifies the instruction position on the pick up image by the object for imaging from a position of the collation area in which ratio of the number of second edge pixels to the number of first edge pixels exceeds a predetermined value and the matching degree is the maximum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
