PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary tissue dispenser having odor applied up to the final one sheet of tissue. SOLUTION: This tissue dispenser X1 includes an upper-open box body 1 constituted by a bottom segment 11 and side segments 12 standing upright from peripheral edges of the bottom segment and a lid member 2 having a slit-like dispensing port 21 and dropped from the upper-open part of the box body 1 into the box body 1, wherein microcapsules 22, 23 having odor agents enclosed therein and having many different particle diameters are carried at a rear surface 2B of the lid member 2.
