<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed positive electrode type X-ray tube device having improved breakdown voltage and a heat dissipation characteristics. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fixed positive electrode type X-ray tube device comprises a vacuum enclosure 2, an positive electrode target 6, a support 9, a cathode filament 8, an insulating heat dissipator 17, a tube container 15, an insulating material 16 filled between part of each of the tube container and the vacuum enclosure and part of the heat dissipator, and a high tension cable.
