<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection structure and an electric connection method of a cord-like heater and lead wires, capable of preventing break of heating wires in the cord-like heater, and at the same time, with productivity and workability improved. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the electric connection structure of the cord-like heater having heating wires and lead wires having conductive wires, an exposed part of the heating wires in the cord-like heater and an exposed part of the conductive wires in the lead wires are inserted into an inside of a metal pipe, which is filled with a conductive material hardening at a given condition, and the cord-like heater and the lead wires are electrically connected with each other.
