<p>A convenient electro-hydraulic hammer, including a base (1), a hydraulic source (2), an oil cylinder (3), a hammer rod (5), a valve sleeve (6), a valve body (17), a following valve (7) and its valve core (8); the upper end of the hammer rod (5) is connected with a piston (9), and the upper and lower ends of the piston are equipped with an upper cylinder chamber (10) and a lower cylinder chamber (11); the working area of the piston in the upper cylinder chamber (10) is greater than that in the lower cylinder chamber (11); the upper and lower parts of the oil cylinder's wall have some through holes (31, 32) respectively; the oil cylinder is set in the inner chamber of the outer cylinder (12); the outer cylinder (12) goes through the base (1) and is equipped with a connecting pipeline (13) under the base, medium of the hydraulic source enters into the inner chamber of the oil cylinder through the pipe and a lower through hole of the oil cylinder; the upper end of the outer cylinder (12) is connected with a nut (14), and a buffer device (15) is set between the oil cylinder (3) and the nut (14), and the medium of the hydraulic source enters into the buffer device through an oil pipeline and an oil hole of the outer cylinder; the valve sleeve (6) is set in the valve body (17), and thevalve body (17) is set on the valve seat (19); the bottom of the base (1) is connected with the oil tank by an oil pipeline, and the wall of following valve (7) has a through hole on it.</p> |
