PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for servicing an advertisement are provided to supply main advertising contents to a client based on a satisfaction index and a response rate for each advertisement content by analyzing an image about the surrounding area of an advertisement providing device. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement providing unit(110) extracts advertisement contents from a storage medium and displays the contents on a display unit. An image photographing unit(120) captures an image about the surrounding area of an advertisement providing device for each advertisement content displayed on the display unit. A response rate detection unit(130) performs a face recognition algorithm for a captured image to detect the response rate for each advertisement content. An advertisement determination unit(140) determines the main advertisement contents for a corresponding advertising product. |
