PURPOSE: A processed pigment is provided to disperse the pigment in a first particle form by suppressing the formation of a second aggregate and to stably maintain the state of the first particles after dispersion. CONSTITUTION: A processed pigment is formed by coating a polymer compound having basic nitrogen atoms. The polymer compound having basic nitrogen atoms is at least one kind of polymer compound selected from the followings: poly(alkyleneimine) with C2~6 alkylene groups; polyallylamine; polyvinylamine; and at least one kind of monomer selected from (meth)acrylic acid ester with a basic nitrogen atom to an ester portion, vinyl pyridine, and aminostyrene.
