RRAAV1 PROTEIN INHIBITING THE ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY OF RNASE E AND DNA ENCODING SAME

PURPOSE: An RraAV1 protein and a DNA encoding the same are provided to suppress enzyme activity of RNase E and enhance stability of mRNA. CONSTITUTION: An RraAV1(Regulator of RNase Activity AV1) protein is denoted by amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A DNA encoding the RraAV1 protein is denoted by sequence number 2. A plasmid contains ColE1-type replication origin and the DNA encoding the RraAV1. The plasmid further contains lactose promoter, selection marker, arabinose promoter and restriction enzyme recognition site for inserting a target gene. The restriction enzyme is PstI, SpeI and XbaI. The plasmid is pKAN6-RraAV1.
