The invention relates primarily to data transmission technology. The use of the invention makes it possible to determine, by means of a wireless radio frequency method, the state of a sensor without recording that state in the memory of a radio frequency microcircuit. The level of the RFID tag response signal changes as a result of a part of the sensor, the size of which changes in accordance with a change in the surrounding medium (a bimetallic element, a swelling element or a liquid that expands when frozen), approaching a standard RFID tag. As the sensor approaches, the tag is destroyed or the characteristics of the tag antenna change. |
