PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify document information corresponding to attributes of a user who logs in, to execute requested processing by managing a plurality of document information with different document attributes as an integrated document. SOLUTION: When a user performs log-in from a client PC (801), user attributes of the log-in user are specified, and a list of document information corresponding to the user attributes is acquired from among document information with different document attributes managed by an integrated document managing part (810). Then, the client PC makes a request for the list of document information from a server PC (806).
