<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve recycling properties without fractionation of component material by making most of material of outer coating material and core material constructing vacuum heat insulation material out of plastic material. <P>SOLUTION: In the vacuum heat insulation material including the core material and the outer coating material 21 having gas barrier films 23a, 24a and having an inside of the outer coating material decompressed and sealed, the core material is composed of fiber polymer and/or foam made of plastic material and the outer coating material 21 is laminated film without metal foil composed of a plurality plastic film layers 22-25. The core material is composed of breathable resin fiber laminated body in which thermal plastic resin such as polystyrene (PS), polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and acrylonitrile-butadien-styrene resin (ABS) is fiberized and laminated. Also, the core material is open-sell foam composed of polyolefine resin. Quantity of metal contained in the gas barrier films 23a, 24a is not greater than 0.5% of the outer coating material laminated film in weight ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
