<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve new problems of green issues or landscape issues caused by a shady dead space because a conventional planar photovoltaic generation system in which solar cell panels are installed requires a wide installation area, and since installation is substantially limited on the roof of a common residence, significant dependence on the orientation and an area of the roof becomes a bottleneck for the widespread of the photovoltaic generation system, and a vast land is required for installation in the case of commercial power generation. <P>SOLUTION: Through evolution for billions of years, the whole leave of trees and grasses functions to perform photosynthesis efficiently. A larger quantity of power generation can be attained efficiently even in a limited installation area by a three-dimensional photovoltaic generation system where solar cell modules and/or solar cell panels are arranged three-dimensionally in multiple stages by using the method of photosynthesis attained by the evolution of grasses for billions of years as a means.
