<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-convenience image processing apparatus which instructs printing from an operating panel to the external server via a browser, the image processing apparatus allowing a user to recognize the situation of job execution after a job is issued from the external server. <P>SOLUTION: The external server 2 is accessed by the browser of the image processing apparatus 1 and on the basis of job designation picture data at a side of the external server, a display means 106b displays thereon a job designation picture through the browser. When the user designates a job, an issuance request means 109 requests issuance of the designated job to the external server 2 and upon receipt of the request, the external server 2 issues the job. The issued job is received by a receiving means 111 and executed by a job executing means 107.
