<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transmitting/receiving device capable of performing normal measurement without being affected by moisture. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A gap 39 is formed at an interval so that the moisture escapes by self-weight, and escapes by negative pressure received from fluid to be measured which flows in a measurement pipe even if dew condensation occurs. The gap 39 is connected to a wave transmission/reception space 41 for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves. On the external surface of the other end part 45, a plurality of projected parts are arranged and formed at equal pitches in order to maintain a state of the gap 39.
