<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit capable of reducing fluctuation width of a capacity value to voltage fluctuation even in the case of a low voltage operation in the oscillation circuit to be constituted by using MOS capacity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Load capacity of the oscillation circuit is constituted by using MOS capacity including at least one PMOS and at least one NMOS. Gates of the PMOS and the NMOS are connected to oscillation nodes of the oscillation circuit. The source, the drain, and the substrate of the PMOS are connected to a power source, and the source, the drain, and the substrate of the NMOS are connected to the ground.
