<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount an electronic component on a side surface of a circuit board without increasing the cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A radial component is attached so as to catch a solder surface and a non-solder surface of the circuit board. A lead of the solder surface is made shorter; and a lead of the non-solder surface is made longer. A solder pad of the shorter lead, a rather large hole like a long-sized hole to be pierced by the longer lead, and a solder pad of the longer lead are arranged on a line in order from the component side, whereby the component can be fixed at right angles without a fixing member or a tool.
