摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial robot which can be downsized even if a large object is carried, and also is reduced in cost. SOLUTION: The industrial robot includes a hand to which the object to be carried is mounted, an arm with which the hand is coupled, a supporting member for supporting the arm, a vertical driving mechanism for vertically moving the supporting member, and a control part 80 for controlling the vertical driving mechanism. The vertical driving mechanism includes two driving motors 20. The control part 80 includes a motor control part 81 for controlling the two motors 20.
