PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit capable of supplying a drive signal at an output level corresponding to a modulator by normally operating an amplifier on an output stage even when using the amplifier circuit as a driver for an optical modulator, in particular, regarding the amplifier circuit to be used for a high-speed optical communication device or the like. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the amplifier circuit including first and second double-stage structure amplifiers for feeding back a part of or all of the outputs of the second amplifier to a bias of the first amplifier via a resistor. Between a part of or all of the outputs to be fed back to the second amplifier and the resistor, a transistor is connected to which an input signal at a predetermined level is inputted and the input signal at the predetermined level to the transistor is a signal for holding an input level of an input signal to the second amplifier.
