PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, in a washing toilet seat device, when an operation part is arranged on the side of its toilet seat, the operation part gets unclean by the scattering of urine and some operation parts are turnable with the opening and closing of the toilet seat, in this case, however, since the operation part and the toilet seat are attached on the side of the body case with different pivot-axis members and require a mechanical interlock mechanism used for interlocking both the pivot-axis members with each other, and makes the constitution and assembly complicated, and when both are turned with a motor, the turning positions of the toilet seat and a toilet cover are detected with each sensor, to drive the motor of the operation part, and when the operation part is turned in a vertical state and in a horizontal state, both the toilet seat and the toilet cover require a sensor and the control associated with it becomes complicated, and to provide a technique overcoming the problems. SOLUTION: The warm-water cleaning toilet seat is constituted by providing a toilet seat body part which supports the toilet seat with flexible opening and closing way on a Western-style toilet bowl, and by arranging the operation part of a switch along the side of the toilet seat.
