PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a lock mechanism for locking an adjusting mechanism of a seat cushion. SOLUTION: When collision load is received by a rear surface collision, a lock member 160 is rotated against energizing force of a tensile coil spring 180 by inertia force, and a tooth part 168 of the lock member 160 is engaged with a tooth part 120 of a lifter link 100 to prevent tilting of the lifter link 100. As a result, sinking to a rear part of a vehicle is prevented or suppressed in the seat cushion. At this time, an N-pole of the tooth part 168 of the lock member 160 and an S-pole of the tooth part 120 of the lifter link 100 are attracted with each other, and thereby the engaged states of the tooth part 168 of the lock member 160 and the tooth part 120 of the lifter link 100 are held (maintained).
