As a result, sinking to a rear part of a vehicle is prevented or suppressed in the seat cushion. At this time, an N-pole of the tooth part 168 of the lock member 160 and an S-pole of the tooth part 120 of the lifter link 100 are attracted with each other, and thereby the engaged states of the tooth part 168 of the lock member 160 and the tooth part 120 of the lifter link 100 are held (maintained).
