<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an integrated light beam control member which has an excellent function of controlling a light beam, exhibits both of favorable contrast and high transmittance to light from a light emission source particularly in bright light and has a function of intercepting electromagnetic waves. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the multifunction-combined light beam control member comprises: a step 1 of forming a light collection part on one surface of a transparent base material by packing a plurality of convex lenses therein; a step 2 of forming a photosensitive resin layer on the other surface of the transparent base material by imparting a light transmissive part forming material; a step 3 of forming a light transmissive part from the photosensitive resin layer; a step 4 of forming an electrically conductive part in a portion other than the light transmissive part; and a step 5 of forming a light absorption part on the electrically conductive part. The light transmissive part forming material contains a reactive silicone compound and a fluorine-containing compound. In the step 4, an electrically conductive part forming material is closely stuck to a portion other than the light transmissive part.
