<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm product skin peeler which does not nip farm products between rotators, can jump up the farm products to change their postures, even when the farm products are heavy, and can uniformly peel their skins. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A skin peeling unit D for peeling the skins of the farm products P such as potatoes comprises a pair of rotators 13A, 13B arranged in parallel. A space on the upper side between both the rotators 13A, 13B is used as a conveying route 14, and the farm products P are supplied to the conveying route 14. Many punching holes 12 are formed on the surface of one rotator 13A to peel the skins of the farm products P.
