<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bilge keel having simple structure and good propeller propulsion efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This bilge keel 1 having a continuous length of 20 to 30%Lpp to front and rear sides from a vessel length direction center part of a vessel 100 is arranged in a lower part on both vessel sides of the vessel 100. A mounting angle of a rear tail part of the bilge keel 1 on a hull is inclined to face upward from an about 20% part of a stern side of the bilge keel 1 to a rear side from the viewpoint of a vessel side direction.
