PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire tester for properly forming an irregular surface on an outer peripheral surface of a belt, and to provide a road surface irregularity simulation method and an outer belt. SOLUTION: The tire tester includes an inner belt 6 as an endless belt put on a driving pulley 4 and a driven pulley 5, and forming a planar running belt 6a; a load support means 7 disposed on an inner surface of the inner belt 6, and receiving a load from a tire T; and the outer belt 8 as an endless belt wrapped around the outer peripheral surface of the inner belt 6. The outer belt 8 has the flexibility, forms an irregular section 17 on the outer peripheral surface, forms an irregular running belt 8a, and makes the tire T rotate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
