PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat blower excellent in comfortability, blowing air to a seating surface via the skin of a seat. SOLUTION: This seat blower includes the seat 11 with the skin 110 with air permeability arranged on the seating surface for seating an occupant 70, a blow-off area 102 arranged in the central part of the seating surface for blowing off the air to the occupant 70 side via the skin 110, suction areas 103, 104 arranged on lateral sides relative to the blow-off area 102 in the seating surface for sucking the air from the occupant 70 side via the skin 110, and a blower 160 sucking the air from the suction areas 103, 104, and generating an air flow for blowing off the sucked air from the suction area 102.
