<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid optical film for lightening a weight, for thinning a thickness and for saving a cost, by simplifying structure, and a manufacturing method therefor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical film comprising a single film, and includes a film base material, the first optical pattern formed directly on one face of the film base material, and the second optical pattern formed directly on the other face of the film base material, and the first optical pattern and the second optical pattern are any of an outdoor daylight shielding pattern filled with a light absorbing substance for absorbing an outside environmental light, an electric conductive mesh pattern filled with an electric conductive substance for shielding an electromagnetic wave, and an anti-glaring irregular pattern. The method for manufacturing the hybrid optical film includes a pattern forming step of forming the first optical pattern directly on the one face of the film base material, and for forming the second optical pattern directly on the other face of the film base material.
