The pipe (2) has outer and inner glass ducts arranged at a distance to each other under formation of an intermediate space for forming a pipe wall, where the pipe is opened at both ends for supplying gases to be heated. The glass ducts are connected gas- tightly for closing the intermediate space at an end side, where the pipe is made of glass. An absorber is formed as a covering, and arranged on inner and outer sides of the inner glass duct. The intermediate space is filled with heat-conductive gas i.e. argon gas, Sleeves (10) interconnect the pipes and are made of elastomer. |
