<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a factoring server device in an early reduction system to a credit card member store by the purchase of a credit card credit using smoothly and safely operable factoring. <P>SOLUTION: A factoring server device is made to have the functions of processing for performing early payment using factoring and processing for performing regular due date payment not using factoring.
