<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation gyro sensor, capable of accurately detecting angular velocity without being affected by temperature change or the like by individually correcting an electric leak signal component and a mechanical leak signal component of an oscillator. <P>SOLUTION: In the oscillation gyro sensor including an oscillator 1, and an oscillation circuit 20 which applies a drive signal P5 to the oscillator 1 and oscillates the oscillator 1 in response to a feedback signal P1 from the oscillator 1, the oscillator 1 outputting detection signals P10a and P10b according to an applied angular velocity, the sensor includes a first correction circuit 40 which generates first correction signals H1a and H1b for correcting the detection signals P10a and P10b based on the drive signal P5; and a second correction circuit 50 which generates second correction signals H2a and H2vb for correcting the detection signals P10a and P10b based on the feedback signal P1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
