<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet having good properties with respect to all of prevention of static charge, chip fly-off during dicing, workability during pickup and pressure-sensitive adhesive residues. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing 0.3-10 pts.wt. of a polyether polyol compound and 0.005-2 pts.wt. of at least one alkali metal salt, based on 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising a copolymer of a methyl acrylate monomer, an ethyl acrylate monomer or a methyl acrylate monomer and an ethyl acrylate monomer; an acrylic acid monomer; and a 2-ethylhexyl acrylate monomer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
