PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly run a concentrated solution into a disinfection solution tank from a bottle. SOLUTION: A liquid draining recessed part 110e is provided to a bottle opening part 110 centering around it in the vertical downward direction (position of six o'clock). The liquid draining recessed part 110e has a shape formed by depressing the outer peripheral surface of the bottle opening part 110 so as to protrude to the inside in the diametric direction of the bottle opening part 110 from the circular cross section of the inner periphery thereof and forms a space between the outer peripheral surface of the bottle opening part 110 and the inner peripheral surface of a concentrated solution injecting passage 109. When a lid part 39c is broken, the concentrated solution 132 goes toward the position of six o'clock of the bottle opening part 110 but, since the liquid draining recessed part 110e is present at this position, the collision of the concentrated solution 132 with the bottle opening part 110 is avoided and the concentrated solution 132 passes through the liquid draining recessed part 110e to be injected into the concentrated solution injecting passage 109.
