PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink label in which embossing for hologram can be formed on its heat-shrinkable resin substrate layer, a hologram effect is not deteriorated even after shrinking, and the image test of pattern printing can be conducted without being affected by the embossing for hologram, and to provide a method for manufacturing the shrink label. SOLUTION: The image test is conducted after applying pattern printing on one side of a heat-shrinkable polystyrene resin substrate layer 2. Then, a transparent deposited layer 7 is formed on the heat shrinkable resin substrate layer at a side opposite to the pattern-printed side, and then the embossing A for hologram is formed.
