<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise and vibration matter storage for diffusing reflection of sound or vibration, and reducing a noise. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an instrument device M with a display means 1, a driving body 2 which is a noise and vibration matter emitting sound or vibration, a pointer body 6, a circuit board 8, a case 12 and a facing member 13, a sound/vibration diffusion part 30 is provided by forming a plurality of grooves 31 which are recesses to be in parallel mutually, on a part facing to the driving body 2 of the case 12.
