PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trouble in controlling the motion of an arm occurred when an arm is slightly displaced from a prescribed closing position or opening position in closing/opening a water tray. SOLUTION: A magnet 7 is disposed on the arm 6 oscillating the water tray 2, a hole element 4 is disposed to detect the magnetic force of the magnet 7 corresponding to the closing position CL and the opening position OP of the water tray 2, and the presence or absence of the reception of a position signal by the hole element 4 is detected at prescribed time intervals. In a case when the same position signals corresponding to the positions CL, OP are continuously received by 75 times by the detection, the arrival of the water tray 2 to the prescribed stop position is determined and the oscillation of the arm 6 is stopped. When the oscillation is stopped, the arm 6 is rotated backward by the play of the gear of a gear motor 3, so that the oscillation of the arm 6 is not instantaneously restarted even when the position signal can not be received by the hole element 4.
