<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically originate a call from another collective entrance unit, when a line becomes free, even while calling is continuously performed in the other collective entrance unit in the case where a plurality of collective entrance units are connected. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a condominium intercom system comprised of living room base units 3a, 3b, 3c, collective entrance units 2a, 2b and a control unit, wherein the control unit perform control for, when a calling operation is performed from the second collective entrance unit in the case that the first collective entrance unit among a plurality of collective entrance units is under calling or under speaking and a line is occupied, detecting that the first collective entrance unit is under calling or under speaking and the line is occupied, and detecting that whether to perform a second predetermined operation within a predetermined time after calling from the second collective entrance unit is detected, or performs control for, when the predetermined operation is performed within the predetermined time, storing the calling operation in a memory and performing priority calling by reading the stored calling operation from the memory when the first collective entrance unit is recovered into a call waiting state and the line becomes free.
