<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and its housing capable of improving space efficiency in the housing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a display housing 11, an insulating film 21 covering the outer side 13 and the inner side 14 of the display housing 11, a decorating layer formed on the insulating film 21 while covering at least a part of the outer side 13 of the display housing 11, and an antenna unit 20 formed on the insulating film 21 covering at least a part of the inner side 14 of the display housing 11.
