<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support system, a driving support device, and a sign part capable of preventing an effect by a driving operation of a driver such as a beginner who requires notice of a sign part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the driving support system 10 with the sign part 20 which indicates information regarding a driving skill of the driver to the outside, and the driving support device 30 which supports driving of the driver, the sign part 20 has a sign part transmitter 21 which transmits the information, and the driving support device 30 includes a vehicle side receiver 31 which receives the information to be transmitted by the sign part transmitter 21, and a driving support means 32 for starting support of the driving of the driver when the vehicle side receiver 31 receives the information.
