The method involves determining vibration image of rotation bodies such as blanket cylinder (2), plate cylinder (3) and inking rollers, by a sensor. The vibration image determined by the sensor is passed to a control unit, and the determined vibration image is compared with a reference vibration image. Adjustment of the rotation bodies is determined based on the comparison. The rotation bodies are engaged against each other, and the sensor is implemented as a piezo sensor. The sensor is attached in and/or at a cylinder bearing (6) of the plate cylinder.
