PURPOSE: A consumption power limitation method of a complex product, and an apparatus using thereof are provided to enable a user to check the usage amount of electricity using a user terminal through a user-interface. CONSTITUTION: A consumption power limitation method of a complex product comprises the following steps: detecting an actual usage amount of electricity by a power consumption sensor(23); storing a unit-by-unit limited power amount and an alarm point power amount by a storage(22); outputting a switching to a power saving mode by a controller(21) when the actual usage amount of electricity reaches the unit-by-unit limited power amount through an outputting unit(30); adjusting an output level of a monitor(31) to a low state by an output level controller(24); and providing a power cutoff order by a power blocking unit(25) when the actual usage amount of electricity reaches the unit-by-unit limited power amount. |
