PURPOSE: A multilayer container without an adhesive layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by excluding an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a multilayer container comprises the steps of: injecting resin for forming inner and outer layers through a first extruder in a mold(S110), injecting resin for forming an intermediate layer between the inner and outer layers through a second extruder in the mold(S120). An outer shape of the container is formed(S130). While the opening of the container is closed, the container is evacuated so that the inner layer is delaminated and shrunken(S140).
