<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator vibration damping device simple in configuration, inexpensive, and improved in ride comfort and an elevator using the elevator vibration damping device. <P>SOLUTION: This elevator vibration damping device E1 for suppressing the vibration of the car 1 of an elevator E includes: rotary actuators 10a, 10b; weights 12a, 12b which are rotated by the actuators 10a, 10b and attached to the positions decentered from the rotating axes thereof; vibration detection means 16a, 16b for detecting the vibration of the car 1; and a control means C for rotatingly driving and controlling the actuators 10a, 10b on the basis of the information on the vibration of the car 1 detected by the vibration detection means 16a, 16b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
