PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost washing liquid feeder which dispenses with a vacuum breaker and a large-sized mesh plate. SOLUTION: The washing liquid feeder includes: a first container in which powder detergent is stored; a second container which is attached to a lower part of the first container; a mesh tube which is provided at an opening formed approximately at the center part of the bottom surface of the first container and stands upright from the opening toward the inside of the first container; and a spraying means for spraying solvent from the upward of the first container via a spraying nozzle arranged outside the mesh tube, wherein the washing liquid which is generated by solving the powder detergent in the solvent and moves to the second container via the mesh tube and the opening, is collected to feed to a washing water tank.
