PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame body of a decorative flooring material, which facilitates the fixation of a facing material, and which can maintain a stably fixed state without causing the rattle and coming-off of the facing material, even when the frame body is thermally shrunk due to an air temperature change etc. SOLUTION: A base end is supported on a column portion which is protrusively provided on a top surface of a facing material retainer portion, and a gap is formed between the base end and the top surface of the facing material retainer portion. At least one pair of two locking pieces elongated from the column portion in such a manner that leading ends get away from each other in a direction orthogonal to one set of opposed sides among the four sides of the facing material retainer portion is provided, and the two locking pieces are inserted into a recess formed in the undersurface of the facing material, while each being elastically deformed from the opening of the recess, elastically restored in the recess, and each engaged into an engaging recess provided in the wall surface of the recess, so that the facing material can be fixed to the facing material retainer portion.
