PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg sheet, single fibers, a wiring substrate, and mounting structure responsive to demands for raising adhesive strength of the single fibers to a resin part. SOLUTION: In order to solve the problems, the prepreg sheet 1 of one embodiment includes the slender-form single fibers 2, and a precursor 3a of the resin part covering the single fibers 2. Furthermore, each single fiber 2 includes constricted parts 2a so as to change the cross-sectional area in its longitudinal direction, and the lateral face of each constricted part 2a contacts the precursor 3a of the resin part.
