PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner, having all of excellent image density, chargeability and blocking resistance without using a binder resin, a charge control agent and a master batch of a colorant. SOLUTION: In this toner composition, resin for toner contains polyester resin A, the viscosity of which is measured at 140°C in melting visco-elasticity measurement. The measurement results are 18,000-800 Pas at the shear rate of 0.1s<SP>-1</SP>(η0.1), 14,000-600 Pas at the shear speed of 1s<SP>-1</SP>(η1), and 6,000-200 Pas at the shear rate of 10s<SP>-1</SP>(η10). The charge control agent and the colorant are mixed by a continuous mixing extruder under the condition that the mixing energy (E) expressed by the following formula (1) is 20-2,000 J/g, and the charge control agent and the colorant are dispersed in the toner resin.
