PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat rail of a motorcycle made of a magnesium alloy, which has a sufficient rigidity, and in which water is hard to be accumulated. SOLUTION: In a left rail part 45L, a first groove part 64 which opens downwardly is provided to a vehicle width inner side part of an upper part of the left rail part 45L, and a second groove part 65 which opens upwardly is provided to a vehicle width outer side part of a lower part thereof. A water drain hole 71 is opened in a bottom part 69 of the second groove part 65. The rail part having grooves vertically has a large bending rigidity and large deflection rigidity as a whole. That is, if the seal rail is deflected by a load from above, since the rigidities are large, a stress generated in the lower part of the rail part can be lowered below a permitted value. The water drain hole allows water accumulated in the second groove part to be discharged quickly, and suppresses occurrence of corrosion due to contact of different metals.
