PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble on stapling such as mis-stapling by improving the aligned state of a sheet bundle when the sheets with different widths are mixedly stacked. SOLUTION: This sheet post-processing device for stapling a paper bundle SA formed by aligning the rear ends of the sheets which are conveyed by a sheet loading means for a post-processing sheet S and stacked includes: a first aligning means 8a1 which is disposed in such a manner as to come into contact with and separate from the side end edge S1a of wide sheets S1, which is brought into contact with the side end edge, and which performs an aligning operation to staple the paper bundle in which sheets with different widths W are mixed; and a second aligning means 8b1 which is disposed in such a manner as to come into contact with and separate from the side end edge S2a of narrow sheets S2 having a width smaller than that of the wide sheets on the inside of the first aligning means, which is brought into contact with the side end edge, and which performs an aligning operation.
