PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watt-hour meter where the number of measuring errors is small even if disturbance noise or unsuitable signal is applied. SOLUTION: When a disturbance detecting section 111 determines that the disturbance such as an external magnetic field is a certain level or higher, and when a disturbance detected signal showing "presence" of disturbance is determined to be lower than the certain level, the disturbance detected signal showing "absence" of disturbance is output. When the disturbance detecting section 111 outputs the disturbance detected signal showing "absence" of disturbance, transmitting sections 112, 113, 114 and 115 transmit data. When the disturbance detected signal showing "presence" of disturbance is output, transmitting sections transmit no data, stores and holds transmission data, and, when the disturbance detected signal showing "absence" of disturbance is output, transmits data.
