摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanosize structure being a self-integration object where molecules having fullerene molecules are rigidly and regularly coupled to an external surface and an internal surface of a nanotube with high density through common coupling and to provide a new material using the structure. SOLUTION: A hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene dielectric is expressed by the formula (1). In the formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>independently express alkyl groups, and R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>independently express groups expressed by the formula (2): -C<SB>6</SB>H<SB>4</SB>-O-R<SP>5</SP>-(O-R<SP>6</SP>)n-OR<SP>4</SP>, (in the formula (2), -C<SB>6</SB>H<SB>4</SB>- expresses a phenylene group, R<SP>4</SP>expresses a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or a group having fullerene that can include a metal, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>may be the same or may differ, R<SP>4</SP>of at least R<SP>2</SP>or R<SP>3</SP>is the group having fullerene including the metal, R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>independently express alkylene groups and (n) expresses a positive integer).
